Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Staff of Rajasthan, a placement servicing portal operated by Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules related to payments, cancellations, and refunds when you purchase services from www.staffofrajasthan.com.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Employers purchasing job posting packages, featured listings, or candidate database access.

  • Candidates purchasing any premium or paid services.

  • All online payments made through the Staff of Rajasthan portal.

  • Services offered under Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.


2. Payment Terms

  • All payments for job posting packages and services are non-transferable and non-adjustable.

  • Payments can be made online only through secure payment gateways.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once you have purchased and activated any job posting package, cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued. ✅

  • If you purchased the wrong package by mistake, you must contact us within 24 hours at 📧 hr@staffofrajasthan.com.

  • After the package has been activated, cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in one case:

a) Duplicate Payments

  • If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will verify the payment and process a full refund.


b) Technical Issues (No Refund – Extra Validity)

  • If your payment is successful but the package is not activated due to a technical issue on our side:

    • We will manually activate your package, and

    • You will receive 7 extra days of package validity free of cost to compensate for the delay.

  • No refund will be provided in case of technical issues.


5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If you cancel the package yourself.

  • If you change your mind after purchase.

  • If you fail to use the package within its validity period.

  • If candidates do not apply for the posted jobs.

  • If you provide false, incorrect, or misleading information.

  • If payment is made outside the official portal.


6. External Dealings & Fraud Disclaimer

  • All payments must be made only through www.staffofrajasthan.com.

  • If you make any payment or agreement outside the portal or without our authorization,
    Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP will not be responsible for:

    • Financial losses

    • Fraudulent activities

    • Unauthorized transactions

  • Always verify our official email: 📧 hr@staffofrajasthan.com before making any payment.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds for duplicate payments only will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


8. Dispute Resolution

  • For any payment-related disputes, contact us at 📧 hr@staffofrajasthan.com.

  • If the issue is unresolved, disputes will be governed by Indian laws and handled under the jurisdiction of Ajmer, Rajasthan.
