Staff of Rajasthan is not a separate company; it is a job placement servicing portal managed by Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.
We provide services that connect Employers with suitable Candidates through job postings, resume sharing, and recruitment assistance.
All payments, legal agreements, and business activities are managed under Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.

2. Eligibility

By using our portal, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
Employers must be authorized representatives of their organizations.
Candidates must provide genuine personal and professional information.

3. Services Provided

Our portal provides services for:

Employers:
- Job postings and candidate database access (based on package subscription).
- Candidate shortlisting and recruitment assistance.
Candidates:
- Profile creation and resume uploads.
- Applying for job postings and receiving interview calls.
General Users:
- Browsing job listings and limited company details.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

a) Employers

Employers must register to post jobs or access candidate profiles.
Employer email, logo, and phone number are hidden from public pages.
Employers can view their own details only after logging in.
Employers cannot access candidate contact details unless:
- They have an active paid package, and
- The candidate applies for their job.

b) Candidates

Candidates must create an account to apply for jobs.
Candidate email and mobile numbers are hidden from employers unless they apply for a job.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring profile accuracy.

c) Prohibited Activities

Users (employers/candidates) must not:

Provide false, misleading, or fake information.
Share login credentials with anyone.
Use the portal for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Collect other users’ data without permission.

5. Job Posting Packages & Payments

Employers can purchase job posting packages through our portal.
All payments are handled under Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.
No job guarantee is provided; we only act as a facilitator between employers and candidates.

Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where a technical error is caused by us.

6. Data Privacy & Security

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Candidate and employer information is protected and shared only when authorized.
We use secure encryption methods and role-based access control to safeguard user data.

7. External Dealings & Fraud Disclaimer

All official dealings, payments, and communications must happen only through www.staffofrajasthan.com.
If any Employer, Candidate, or third party deals outside the portal or without involvement of the official Staff of Rajasthan team,
Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP will not be responsible for:
- Financial losses
- Fraudulent activities
- Misuse of personal information

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with payment gateways and third-party services for seamless operations.

We do not guarantee:
- Employment for candidates.
- Candidate selection for employers.
- Accuracy of information provided by third parties.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the portal.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on www.staffofrajasthan.com, including logos, designs, data, and software,
is owned by Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.
Users cannot copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice if:

False or misleading information is provided.
Fraudulent activities are detected.
The portal is misused for illegal purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to comply with legal, technical, or business requirements.
