Prime Evolve is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Manager / Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through multiple channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT service solutions
Handle the complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Prepare proposals, presentations, and regular sales reports
Work at flexible or odd hours when required, as per client time zones
