FRANCHISE EARNINGS & PAYOUT POLICY

Effective Date: 10/06/2026

This Franchise Earnings & Payout Policy governs the calculation, approval, and payment of franchise earnings for authorized Franchise Partners of Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP (“Company”).

By accessing the Franchise Recruitment Management Panel and participating in recruitment activities, Franchise Partners agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure a transparent and standardized process for:

  • Placement earnings calculation
  • Payout approvals
  • Payment processing
  • Earnings tracking
  • Dispute resolution

2. Eligibility for Earnings

A Franchise Partner becomes eligible for earnings only when all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. The candidate is submitted through the official Franchise Recruitment Management Panel.
  2. The candidate is associated with an approved job requirement.
  3. The candidate is selected by the employer.
  4. The candidate successfully joins the employer.
  5. The employer confirms the joining.
  6. The placement is verified and approved by Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.

Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions may result in earnings being withheld or rejected.

3. Placement Approval Process

After a candidate joins:

Step 1

Candidate joining is verified.

Step 2

The placement record is reviewed by the Company.

Step 3

The Company approves or rejects the placement.

Step 4

If approved, the payout amount is added to the Franchise Partner’s earnings account.

The Company’s decision regarding placement approval shall be final.

4. Earnings Calculation

Franchise earnings may vary depending on:

  • Job category
  • Client agreement
  • Placement value
  • Recruitment project
  • Special incentive programs

The payout amount for each successful placement shall be determined by Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP.

The Company reserves the right to revise payout structures at any time.

5. Earnings Status

The Franchise Panel may display earnings under the following categories:

Pending Earnings

Placements awaiting verification or approval.

Approved Earnings

Placements approved for payout.

Paid Earnings

Amounts already transferred to the Franchise Partner.

Rejected Earnings

Placements not eligible for payout due to policy violations, disputes, or failed verification.

6. Payout Schedule

Approved earnings shall be processed according to the Company’s payout schedule.

The Company may determine:

  • Payout frequency
  • Processing dates
  • Payment methods
  • Verification requirements

Processing times may vary depending on operational requirements.

7. Payment Methods

Payouts may be made through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Other approved payment methods

The Franchise Partner is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by incorrect banking details provided by the Franchise Partner.

8. Conditions for Payout Hold

The Company reserves the right to place earnings on hold in cases involving:

  • Placement verification pending
  • Employer confirmation pending
  • Duplicate candidate submissions
  • Candidate ownership disputes
  • Fraud investigations
  • Policy violations
  • Incomplete documentation

Payouts shall remain on hold until the matter is resolved.

9. Rejection of Earnings

The Company may reject earnings if:

  • Fake candidate information is submitted.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Placement records are inaccurate.
  • Duplicate submissions occur.
  • Company policies are violated.
  • Required documentation is not provided.

The Company’s decision regarding payout eligibility shall be final.

10. Recovery of Incorrect Payments

If any payout is issued due to:

  • System error
  • Fraud
  • Incorrect information
  • Duplicate records
  • Administrative mistake

Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP reserves the right to recover, deduct, adjust, or reverse such amounts from future payouts or through legal recovery methods.

11. Taxes

The Franchise Partner shall be responsible for:

  • Income tax obligations
  • GST obligations (if applicable)
  • Any other taxes required under applicable law

The Company may deduct taxes where legally required.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any payout-related dispute must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the payout decision.

The Company will review the matter and communicate its decision.

The decision of Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP shall be final and binding regarding internal payout calculations and approvals.

13. Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake candidate submissions
  • Forged documents
  • Multiple submissions of the same candidate
  • Manipulation of placement records
  • Misrepresentation of hiring outcomes

Such activities may result in:

  • Immediate payout cancellation
  • Franchise suspension
  • Franchise termination
  • Legal action

14. Policy Modifications

Prime Evolve Placement Services LLP reserves the right to modify this Earnings & Payout Policy at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Franchise Panel or Company website.
