Customer Service Executive (Technical & Non-Technical)

Job Location:

Jaipur – Sitapura, Mansarovar, and Pratap Nagar (Rajasthan)

Process:

International Process

Domestic Process

Salary Details:

International Process: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 CTC (Including PLI) (Fresher – depends upon qualification)

Domestic Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC (Including PLI) (Fresher – depends upon campaign)

Shifts:

Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts (Depends upon client requirements)

Job Description:

Handle customer queries via Call / Email / Chat.

Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.

Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when required.

Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.

Meet service-level standards and deliver excellent customer support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Any Graduate

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Interview Process:

Screening Round – Talent Acquaintance

Registration – Candidate Registration

HR Interview – Virtual or Face-to-Face (within 48 hours of registration)

Operations Round – (within 72 hours of HR interview)

Travel Ticket Requirement:

Ticket required within 24 hours of LOI (Letter of Intent/Welcome Letter).

If the company cannot arrange tickets, candidates must book them and claim reimbursement.
